Citizens, legal persons or other organizations that believe that the Institute does not fulfill the obligation of government information disclosure according to law may appeal, complain or report to the Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Institute, or report to the superior administrative organ, supervisory organ or competent department of government information disclosure。
       If a citizen, legal person or other organization considers that the specific administrative act of the Court in the work of government information disclosure infringes on its legitimate rights and interests, it may apply for administrative reconsideration or bring an administrative lawsuit in accordance with law。
